The guest house offered great amenities such as a comfortable bed and a luxurious shower. The location was perfect as it was close to key tourist attractions. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The guest house did not have a backup plan during load shedding, which made the stay a bit inconvenient. there was an issue with communication regarding the gate, but the owner was not helpful in resolving the issue.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the hospitality of the staff, everything was perfect. The location was convenient, with lots of entertainment and dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and always available to help us with anything we needed. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Our family had an unforgettable stay. the location close to malls and entertainment made it easy to explore the area. Our room was spacious with an extra bed for our daughter and the bathroom was our favorite with a huge shower and a bathtub. the yard had a play area for kids to enjoy and the view from our room was breathtaking. We were impressed with the excellent service and delicious breakfast. Plus, the reliable Wi-Fi was a bonus.
The cleanliness of the pool could have been better.

The room was spacious enough and the staff was very accommodating, putting an extra bed in the room for my daughter. the bathroom was a highlight with a huge shower and a nice bathtub. the location was quiet and the view from our room was beautiful.
We had some trouble with communication upon arrival as the gate was not open for us at the agreed time. the owner's response was not helpful and came across as rude, leaving a sour taste in our mouths.

Our stay at 8 Ibis Lane Guest House was made truly memorable by the warm and welcoming staff. Agnes greeted us with a friendly smile and showed us to our comfortable room. The bed was incredibly cozy and the shower was spacious and modern.
One drawback was the lack of daytime curtains, which didn't provide much privacy during the day. Additionally, the kitchen only had cold water and lacked basic utensils like a tin opener.
